Calling all new yogis! If you have been curious about yoga but apprehensive about being the “new one” in the group, this class is for you. We slow things down a bit and concentrate on proper form and alignment while still maintaining an effective workout. So whether you are new to yoga or just looking to deepen your practice, this class is a great place to start!
