About Mindful Intentions Yoga
Mindful Intentions Yoga isn't your average yoga studio.
When I began taking yoga, I was looking forward to meeting new people and had intentions of becoming part of a "group". To my surprise, when class was over, fellow classmates simply rolled up their mats and left. At Mindful Intentions, our Vinyasa-style yoga classes are designed to meet the needs of the mind, body, and soul, including opportunities to socialize for those who wish to make connections.

Mindful Intentions Yoga is a yoga studio in Hinsdale, IL that promotes wellness of the mind, body, and soul with a focus on building strength and increasing mindfulness.
For many years while involved in different fitness programs, yoga was calling my name. Unfortunately, I thought yoga was simply about stretching and relaxing and I never took the time to learn more about it. Years later, while researching natural remedies for various ailments, yoga kept appearing in my search.
I decided to look into it a little more and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the health benefits that were tied to yoga. I stepped into my first yoga class and quickly discovered that yoga was far more than just stretching. I fell in love with the way yoga strengthened not only my body but my mind, heart, and soul as well. I had never experienced anything like it before and knew I wanted to share the experience with others.
When I'm not teaching yoga, you'll find me sipping coffee with my husband on our screened-in porch, cheering on my kids at their local baseball games, or soaking in the sun on the Gulf Shore beach.
